• Die neuen Preise sind ab 1.10. 2024 gültig.
• Dieser Preis bezieht sich auf die Kapazität von bis zu 4 Personen.
• Es ist möglich, als einen Bestandteil der Ausstattung ein Zustellbett für einen Erwachsenen oder zwei Kinder für einen Aufpreis von 100 €/Woche zur Verfügung zu stellen.
• Ein Kinderbett für Kinder unter 4 Jahren wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
• Mindestdauer der Vermietung beträgt 7 Nächte. (Turnus = 7 Nächte vom Freitag bis zum nächsten Freitag). Die Vermietung der Unterkunft ist nur turnusmäßig möglich.
• Check-in 14:00 / Check-out 10:00
• Im Preis ist inbegriffen: MWSt, Privatparkplatz, WLAN, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, anschließende Reinigung, Energie.
• Der Gast bezahlt bei der Ankunft die Aufenthaltstaxe, die pro Person 1,50 €/Nacht beträgt.
• Der Gast bezahlt die rückzahlbare Kaution in der Höhe von 200 € / Appartement für die eventuelle entstandenen Schäden
